Privacy policy

This policy explains how Antabio S.à r.l. (“we”), which runs Arbre à Pain – Bomdia, processes the personal data of website visitors in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Luxembourg law.

2. Data we collect and why

When you use the quote request form, we process: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), date and type of event, number of guests and your message. We use this data only to answer your request, prepare an offer and, where applicable, organise your event.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time) needed to run and secure the site.

3. Legal bases

Steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to follow them up. Data relating to orders or invoices is kept for the periods required by law, in particular for accounting and tax purposes.

5. Recipients

Your data is processed by Antabio S.à r.l. and by Wix.com Ltd., which hosts the website and the form. We do not sell or pass on your data. Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Wix.com may process some data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

7. Cookies and external content

The website only uses the local storage it needs to work (weekly menu, form). The Google Maps map loads only after you click; Google may then process data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. Facebook posts also load only after you click; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. may then process data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@arbreàpain.lu. We may ask for proof of identity.
